Online Registration Instructions

2019-2020 Online Registration

Only returning Eagles players from the communities of Edmonton Garrison, Evansdale (including Eaux Claires and Belle Rive), Kilkenny (including Mayliewan and Ozerna), Lago Lindo (including Klarvatten, Schonsee and Crystallina Nera), Londonderry, Northmount, McLeod (including Matt Berry and Hollick-Kenyon), Greisbach, Steele Heights and the area of McConachie OR new players that have not registered before with any Hockey Canada organization may use this link to register online. Players that have previously registered elsewhere must first contact the Eagles registrar (email NEZ.Eagles@telus.net ) to enact a transfer/release from their previous association. 

Registration of the player is NOT complete until ALL registration requirements have been met:

• Completion of the Hockey Canada Respect In Sport program. Ice times will not be given out unless the course is completed by at least one parent.
• Online payment made or receipt of cheque/money order (payable to ‘NEZ Eagles Hockey’) with a copy of your receipt mailed to: PO BOX 70036, Londonderry RPO, Edmonton, AB T5C 3R6.
• Family Community League membership purchased in advance or at the in person registrations. 
• For NEW players: Copy of birth certificate, Alberta Health Care card and proof of residency - a property tax bill or utility bill with parent(s) name and address on it accompanying payment of fees or emailed to NEZ.Eagles@telus.net

Payment Options

Online Registration can be done by cheque, money order or online with Visa or Matercard

• Register your player(s) online
• If registering for Atom or Peewee  and wanting to try-out for the NEZ tier 1 teams please select Atom or Peewee 1 tryout Fee in Step 5 (of 6) of the registration process. There is no charge to try-out but you must inform us that you wish to try-out for these teams.
• Print the invoice displayed at the end of the registration process. If paying online the amount paid will be shown on the invoice. If paying by cheque/money order the amount paid will show $0 until payment has been received.
• If paying by cheque/money order mail the printed invoice along with payment to "NEZ Eagles Hockey" to: PO BOX 70036, Londonderry RPO, Edmonton, AB  T5C 3R6
• Credit/Debit card, cheque, money order and cash will be accepted at the in-person registration dates at Evansdale hall.

You MUST PRINT off a copy off the receipt showing payment has been received to bring to the in-person registration.

 
PLEASE NOTE:

Novice to Peewee players that are not registered online AND fees paid online, received at the Eagles PO box or paid at the in-person registration dates BY August 28 will be subject to a $50 Late Registration Penalty.

Every family MUST purchase a community league membership to participate in the NEZ/Eagles hockey programs. Memberships can be purchased from your community league in advance or at the in person registration dates. Military families do not require a community league membership but must provide proof of CRA number at Garrison in person registration(s).

Players registering for the 1^st time MUST supply a copy of birth certificate, Alberta Health Care Card and proof of residency - a property tax bill or utility bill with parent(s) name and address on it before they are considered registered and receive any ice times.
